community-minded Social Media & Content Lead to help us share our story, celebrate our supporters, and keep local families informed about organisation. This voluntary role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys creating content and wants to make a real difference in the community.
Role Purpose
To manage and grow Community Cupboard's online presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, helping us reach more families, businesses and supporters.

Voluntary Stock & Inventory Coordinator
Community Cupboard is looking for a reliable, detail
focused Stock & Inventory Coordinator to help us manage all food, toiletries and household essentials. This role is essential to keeping our organisation
running smoothly, ensuring fairnesss and helping us plan ahead with confidence.
Role Purpose
To oversee all stock coming in and out of Community Cupboard, maintain accurate records and ensure items are organised, safe and ready for distribution.
- Record all incoming stock - donations, deliveries and collections
- Log outgoing stock - items used for parcels,
emergency support or community requests - Create and maintain a spreadsheet to track
quantities, expiry dates and categories - Organise shelves and storage to keep everything tidy and easy to access
- Monitor expiry dates and rotate stock using FIFO (first in, first out)
- Flag low-stock items so donation appeals can be planned
